A HUGE thank you to a dear friend. You have given me a gift, unexpected (which is always the best!) of an item that begs for yours truly to s.l.o.w.d.o.w.n.

When is the last time you sat down and wrote someone you cared about a love letter. That’s WRITE a love letter not say something that gets lost in the jumble but put something on type that they can always keep. Sometimes (all to often to be honest) in the hectic-ness of the day to day I forget about what the impact of a written word can do, and from someone (me) who recently received a late night email from a person that I’m really digging and even more recently, a written note from a girlfriend after a party I hosted and this gift from a best friend (with a written card), I feel the need to remind us all to. stop. collaborate. and. listen. to the need to give and receive these special little connections between those we love because when we really boil it down, that is all that matters, connections. Enjoy my photos of my new journey and which will hopefully be a reminder to me and me and me and me and you that all we have in this life is connections to those we care about and are drawn to so after you read this…pull up a sheet-o-paper and a writing utensil, and send a love letter. You’ll be amazed at the feeling.
