Gilt-y Pleasure

I love gold.  Love love love it. Growing up my Amma (grandmother in Icelandic) had gold every.where.possible.   I was enamored with the different hues, textures and vibes that gold could give off.   It has a masculine quality that I just adore paired with the glitz, glean, and sheen of the sought after metal.  Perfect combo.  Here are a few picks to remind us of how great a gold piece or accent can be in a room.  Quick note: don’t be afraid to mix your metals!  The warmth of a subtle gold piece can be warm a room full of cool colors and materials.
