Eclectic Is An Art…and Nick Olsen’s Nailed it

Love this guys’s style!  I am traditional with a twist of funk…and I feel that I have met my long lost design best buddy. After seeing his work a few years ago, I was intrigued but not yet to the dumbfounded point.  This month’s Veranda changed my desire to be his best buddy.  LOVE what he has done with this Manhattan Apartment.  Thoughtful, eclectic, traditional, funky but easy.  High Five Nick Olsen

Eeeek!  Velvet in a funky color, animal print, modern art and Chinoiserie lamps all in 1 space…love.

Great color and floor in foyer, garden stool color punch, waterfall tables, animal print, and the pink silk ikat atop the traditional rug has my heart going pitter patter.

Boom! Yellow.  Bold and brave but fun too, which balances the traditional style of all the furniture…and the rug…you know where I am going with this one!

The lamps, wallcovering, hoof table, arm chair, pink modern photography and canopy make this room fresh, fun but classic. A+
