New Place Same Space

I just had new carpet put in which means I had to move EVERYTHING out and then EVERYTHING back.  Despite have no time to do this, due to work being AWESOME right now, I took the whole of Sunday and slowly put things back, put together new eclectic groupings and dusted everything in site!

All in all, I love it.  Even more than I did before and not because it is so fresh and so clean clean, but putting things back allowed me to do it thoughtfully and intentionally rather than just putting something to the side because I was too lazy to redo the whole thing! (You know what I am talking about…the domino effect.  You move 1 thing then have to change/move 2 more things and on down the line until your hanging of 1 painting took 4 hours, 1 roll of paper towels, 1/4 bottle of Meyer’s Basil cleaner and 2 glasses of wine.).  Here are some peeks to what I am doing in my own home. So wish I owned this place…then there would be many other changes!  BTW- you may or may not see a major theme…animal. Love it and just cannot quit that habit!
